Make it your intention to be mindful when you are engaged with a pleasant activity like walking on the beach, eating a nice meal, or having a fulfilling conversation with a friend. When you do become aware of such an activity, reflect on the fact that it is going to end. Then notice what your response/reaction is, if any, to that reflection.
